   The Brooks Houston23 Distance Tank is a solid workout top with good build quality. The fabric feels durable and breathable during runs, though the fit runs slightly small. I ordered a size up and it’s much better. The grey color looks exactly as pictured and hasn’t faded after multiple washes. At $20, it’s reasonably priced for a performance tank. Will Richard would probably appreciate the moisture-wicking properties if he tried it.
