These Brooks Method 3/4 tights are fantastic for running! The fabric is moisture-wicking and comfortable against the skin, with a perfect mid-thigh length that stays in place during workouts. I’m 5’6″ and the M size fits true to form – not too tight or loose. The waistband is wide and supportive without digging in. Great value for money compared to other running tights I’ve tried. Only minor issue is they run slightly small, so consider sizing up if you’re between sizes.
